Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance or facilities teams in senior living or related field.
• Hands-on approach with knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry teams.
• Oversee buildings, grounds, equipment, vehicles, and essential systems.
• Coordinate inspections, drills, and OSHA/building regulation compliance.
• Oversee apartment turnovers to ensure safe, clean move-ins.
• Manage vendors and budgets for maintenance expenses.
• Respond to resident needs and provide dependable support.
• Foster a positive culture aligned with EPIC ACTS values.
