Job summary

The BellFlower at Whispering Ridge, an Agemark Senior Living community in Omaha, NE, is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Worker to keep the community safe, well-maintained, and welcoming.

You will perform routine maintenance, assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and other systems; prepare move-in rooms; support safety inspections; and collaborate with a caring team dedicated to residents.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with building systems.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle diverse tasks.
• Friendly, dependable attitude around seniors, families, and staff.
• Flexible to assist with evening, weekend, or emergency needs.
• Commitment to quality work with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities
