Agemark Senior Living's CountryHouse community in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Leader to oversee Facilities, Housekeeping and Laundry departments. You will keep the community running smoothly, ensuring safety, comfort, and a positive resident experience.

You will lead a service‑driven team, manage preventative maintenance, inspect life safety systems, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.

Qualifications

• Maintenance, facilities, or related leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and general maintenance.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• A dependable, hands‑on approach and pride in quality work.
• Ability to work with vendors and outside contractors.
• Availability for on‑call needs and emergencies.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry while leading a service‑oriented team.
• Maintain buildings, grounds, equipment, vehicles, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Complete preventative maintenance and respond promptly to work orders.
• Oversee inspections, fire drills, emergency preparedness, and life safety requirements.
• Coordinate vendors, purchasing, budgets, repairs, and community projects.
• Assist with transportation and move‑in readiness as needed.
