Job summary

The BellFlower at Whispering Ridge in Omaha, NE is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director to lead a diverse team and ensure safe, well-maintained living spaces for residents. You will supervise Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry staff, manage building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and coordinate safety inspections while driving EPIC ACTS values across the community.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, emergency procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to manage projects, priorities, vendors, budgets, and deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills when working with residents and vendors.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies and adapt to changing community needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team: Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry.
