Qualifications

• Maintenance, repair, or related hands-on experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general building maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks.
• Friendly, dependable attitude around seniors, families, and team members.
• Flexibility to assist with occasional evening, weekend, or emergency maintenance needs.
• Positive, team-first mindset and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Keep things running: Complete routine maintenance, repairs, and work orders throughout the community with attention to detail.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, appliances, and other building systems.
• Get resident rooms move-in ready and safe for occupancy.
• Support safety: inspections, preventative maintenance, and contractor projects.
• Be part of the team: collaborate with coworkers and support residents and staff.
• Take ownership by following through, solving problems, and delivering quality work.
