Job summary

Complete Care at Glendale is seeking a Maintenance Director Float for our long-term care facilities. This full-time role covers the day shift with on-call every other weekend and requires prior maintenance supervision experience in a long-term care setting.

You will supervise the Maintenance Department, handle on-call duties, organize and maintain records, and assist in developing departmental policies. Travel to facilities in Colchester, Windsor, Meriden, Middlebury, Naugatuck, and Vernon is

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is required or preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Computer knowledge and proficiency with standard software.
• Previous Life-Safety experience in long term care required.

Responsibilities

• Assume administrative authority for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.
• Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
• Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate the maintenance department.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of written departmental policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
