Job summary

Complete Care - Connecticut is seeking a Maintenance Director Float to oversee the Maintenance Department across multiple facilities in Connecticut. This role includes on-call duties, weekend rotation, and administrative oversight of records and policies to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Prior supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Life-Safety experience in long term care required.

Responsibilities

• Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.
• Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
• Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate maintenance department.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of written departmental policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
