Responsibilities

• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
• Coordinating and supervising the work of maintenance staff and contractors
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and budgets
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes
