Talentify is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead our facilities team, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming nursing home environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will oversee maintenance tasks, preventive programs, regulatory compliance, budget management, and vendor partnerships, while mentoring a skilled team to deliver high-quality care-supporting infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Maintenance management experience in healthcare or long-term care settings.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Familiarity with nursing home regulatory requirements is a plus.
