Job summary

Premier Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the upkeep of our facilities, manage repairs, renovations, and capital projects, and partner with the executive team to implement maintenance plans.

The ideal candidate will lead maintenance staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and uphold safety and comfort across all facilities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintenance management or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, including planning, budgeting, and supervision.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to healthcare facilities.
