Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead our facilities team at the New Jersey center, ensuring safe, reliable operations and a comfortable living environment for residents and staff.

You will supervise maintenance staff, schedule repairs, perform regular inspections, and ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA, and safety standards while coordinating with leadership on priorities and budget considerations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of building systems and code requirements.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with OSHA and life-safety regulations.
• Supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• On-call availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff and tasks.
• Plan and complete maintenance and repairs on schedule.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for safety and upkeep.
• Ensure work meets State/Federal and OSHA standards.
