Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and general maintenance procedures.
• Basic knowledge of safe, proper use of hand tools, power tools, and ladders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also keeping the team informed and updated.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
• Knowledge of DHCS requirements and/or The Joint Commission standards is a strong plus.
• Availability for on-call emergencies as needed.

You’ll oversee maintain client housing and clinical buildings in top condition and respond to maintenance needs with urgency and professionalism. A strong, well-rounded residential handyman skillset is essential, you’ll be relied on to confidently troubleshoot and complete a wide range of repairs and renovations as they arise.
