Anchor Care and Rehabilitation Center in Hazlet, NJ is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee daily operations of the maintenance department and ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for residents and staff.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance, and the ability to supervise staff, schedule work, and coordinate emergency repairs. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance management experience required.
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all building maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, generators, and general repairs.
