Job summary

All In Solutions in Eatontown, New Jersey, seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to keep residential and clinical buildings in top condition. You will troubleshoot a wide range of tasks from HVAC and plumbing to carpentry, electrical work, and general home repairs.

You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, handle landscaping, painting, and cleanliness, respond to work orders, and manage vehicle maintenance logs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Maintenance Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and safety standards.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Availability for on-call emergencies as needed.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (DHCS or Joint Commission) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and complete a wide variety of residential handyman tasks including equipment, appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general home repairs.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
• Perform minor landscaping and groundskeeping tasks (lawn care, planting, trimming, mulching, weeding).
• Complete painting, finishing, and aesthetic repairs for interior/exterior spaces.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance requests with clear updates to staff and management.
• Schedule, track, and maintain records for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, inspections, and projects.
• Coordinate and execute larger repair projects or facility improvements as directed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Clean and maintain common areas within residential and commercial facilities.
