Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and general maintenance procedures.
• Basic knowledge of safe, proper use of hand tools, power tools, and ladders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also keeping the team informed and updated.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starter mindset.
• Knowledge of DHCS requirements and/or The Joint Commission standards is a strong plus.
• Availability for on-call emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and complete a wide variety of residential handyman tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform minor landscaping and groundskeeping tasks.
• Complete painting and aesthetic repairs for interiors and exteriors.
• Respond to work orders with clear updates to staff and management.
• Schedule and maintain records for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate larger repair projects and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and inspections.
