Ciel Senior Living in New Jersey seeks a Maintenance Technician to work across campus, troubleshoot, repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boiler and HVAC equipment under limited supervision.
You will support preventive maintenance programs, assist with special projects, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, including NJ DSS/DHSR. The role also requires rotating on call, smartly documenting daily tasks, and collaborating with the Maintenance team.

Summary: Under limited supervision, works across campus and troubleshoots, repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, boiler and HVAC equipment. Provides assistance with preventative maintenance systems and special projects. Supports other areas of the Maintenance / Engineering department as needed. Submits daily, required documentation.
