Genesis HealthCare in Quakertown, PA, is seeking a Maintenance Director to ensure clean, safe, and compliant nursing center environments. You will oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and maintenance staff, reporting to the Nursing Home Administrator and coordinating with leaders across departments.

Requires a high school diploma and hands-on experience with building systems and supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic training/knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVACR systems required.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Repairs electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
• Provides overall supervision of the maintenance department; including orientation for new staff.
• Maintains fire alarm and emergency generator systems to minimize the potential for fire and accidents.
• Maintains required records and reports; performs budget planning.
• Remains on-call for emergencies seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
• Operates on the TELS platform for all Life Safety, regulatory and daily tasks.
