Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repairs electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
• Provides overall supervision of the maintenance department.
• Maintains fire alarm and emergency generator systems.
• Maintains required records and performs budget planning.
• Remains on-call for emergencies at all times.
• Operates on the TELS platform for regulatory and daily tasks.
