Job summary

Oasis-At-30th in Indianapolis seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee community safety programs and maintain a secure home and work environment. You will lead the maintenance team, hire and train staff, and ensure timely completion of all repairs, replacements, and installations of essential systems.

The role requires HVAC and/or electrical experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

• Delivers safety education and conducts drills with residents and staff.
