Canyon Springs Post-Acute Care is hiring an experienced Maintenance Director.

Job Description:

1. Ensure that maintenance schedules are followed as outlined for respective shift or area. Develop and maintain written maintenance policies and procedures.
2. Inspect storage rooms, workrooms, utility/janitorial closets, etc., for upkeep and supply control.
3. Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies as necessary or as may be directed.
