Atrium Centers Riverside Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Grand Haven, MI seeks a Maintenance Director to lead daily maintenance operations, supervise the facilities team, and ensure safety, comfort, and compliance for residents and staff.

This role emphasizes emergency readiness, regulatory adherence, on-call coverage, and a collaborative, service‑driven approach to keeping equipment and building systems in top condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long-term care setting (preferred)
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage
• Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service
• Excellent attendance and reliability

Responsibilities

• Supervise the facility’s daily maintenance operations and team members
