Job summary

Atrium Centers in Grand Haven, MI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure safety, and maintain a comfortable environment for residents and staff.

You’ll supervise a team, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with building systems, and respond to emergencies on-call. This ESOP‑owned organization offers strong benefits including health coverage, 401(k) matching, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a culture of compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long‑term care setting (preferred).
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on‑call coverage.
• Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the facility’s daily maintenance operations and team members.

• Maintain facility grounds to provide a clean, secure, and welcoming environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs.

• Support regulatory readiness and ensure adherence to state and safety standards.
• Participate in emergency response and on‑call rotation as needed.
