Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our healthcare facility. You will supervise the maintenance team, ensure all building systems are safe and functional, and manage schedules and budgets to keep our center welcoming and compliant.

The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare maintenance, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and a dependable, team-first attitude. On-site work with on-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
• Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
