Job summary

Atrium Centers in Grand Haven, MI is seeking an Activity Director to enrich residents’ daily lives through therapeutic recreation, social engagement, and meaningful experiences. You’ll develop programs tailored to individual needs and coordinate events, outings, and volunteer involvement with an interdisciplinary team.

You’ll assess resident progress, maintain care planning and MDS documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a compassionate, owner-led culture that values

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Activities Department within a healthcare setting.
• Willing to obtain certification.
• CTRS, MMT, or AT credential.
• RAC certification and good standing (required if not CTRS, MMT, or AT).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities
