The Claiborne at West Cobb is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee facilities operations, safety, and preventative maintenance in our senior living community. This leadership role ensures that our building, grounds, and equipment remain safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, families, and team members.

The Claiborne at West Cobb, a Claiborne Senior Living community, is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to oversee facilities operations, safety, and preventative maintenance within our senior living community.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all maintenance, repair, housekeeping coordination, and safety operations

• Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience

• Knowledge of senior housing or healthcare regulations preferred

• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems

• Experience with OSHA and safety compliance standards

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
