Job summary

The Claiborne at West Cobb in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee facilities operations, safety, and preventative maintenance within our senior living community. Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities maintenance
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• Knowledge of senior housing or healthcare regulations preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
• Experience with OSHA and safety compliance standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
