Fundamental is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance team at the Henderson facility. You will oversee safety, appearance and upkeep to ensure our center meets the expectations of patients and their families in our care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing a preventive maintenance program, coordinating safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
• Minimum of 3 years diverse construction or maintenance related experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Must be knowledgeable various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; HVAC certification a plus but not required.
• Must have knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintenance experience in long term care strongly preferred.

We Are Seeking A Maintenance Director to Join Our Team!

Position Summary

The Maintenance Director leads the maintenance team in ensuring that our grounds exceed the expectations of our patients and their families while they are in our care. This position plays a key role in the overall presentation of our center.

Posted Salary Range

USD $26.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
