Green Valley Health and Wellness Suites in Henderson, NV seeks a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance team, ensuring the facility’s safety, appearance, and operations for patients and families.

You will supervise maintenance staff, implement preventive programs, uphold building codes and safety standards, and coordinate safety meetings with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years supervisory maintenance/construction experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; HVAC cert is a plus.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintenance experience in long-term care is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, appearance, and maintenance of the facility per applicable regulations.
• Supervise/monitor work of department supervisors and personnel.
• Establish an effective preventive maintenance program and a priority system for unscheduled maintenance.
• Ensure safety committee meetings are held regularly with documentation.

We Are Seeking A Maintenance Director to Join Our Team!

Position Summary

The Maintenance Director leads the maintenance team in ensuring that our grounds exceed the expectations of our patients and their families while they are in our care. This position plays a key role in the overall presentation of our center.

Posted Salary Range

USD $26.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall safety, appearance and maintenance of the facility in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local requirements at all times
• Supervises/Monitors work of department supervisors/personnel
• Establishes an effective preventative maintenance program and a priority system for unscheduled maintenance
• Ensure that safety committee meetings are held regularly, with complete and accurate documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D
• Minimum of 3 years diverse construction or maintenance related experience in a supervisory capacity
• Must be knowledgeable various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; HVAC certification a plus but not required
• Must have knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Maintenance experience in long term care strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required
