Fundamental in Wisconsin seeks a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility for patients and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; HVAC certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety regulations is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Maintenance experience preferred, especially in healthcare settings.

The Maintenance Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that our grounds exceed the expectations of our patients and their families while they are in our care.

Posted Salary Range

USD $20.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director with the overall safety, appearance, and maintenance of the facility in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local requirements at all times
• Take part in part in painting, light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D required
• Knowledgeable on various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems required, HVAC certification a plus
• Knowledge of safety regulations required
• Reliable source of transportation and valid driver's license required
• Maintenance experience preferred; especially in a healthcare facility
