American Medical Administrators MGMT Company in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the facilities department, lead a team of technicians, and ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained campus.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on facilities management experience in a long-term care setting, solid life-safety knowledge, and the ability to manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic construction tasks while coordinating repairs with vendors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on management experience in a facilities/maintenance role.
• Experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of life-safety codes and compliance.
