Farmington Square Gresham is seeking a Maintenance Director to maintain grounds, buildings, HVAC, and equipment, ensuring safety compliance and smooth daily operations. The role emphasizes hands-on carpentry skills and team coordination in a care-centered environment.

You will manage budgets, coordinate repairs with contractors, and interact professionally with residents and staff to support a comfortable living space. A flexible, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic carpentry skills required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, buildings, HVAC and equipment per state safety rules.
• Plan and operate within the Maintenance budget; order and track supplies.
• Lead and oversee housekeeping team.
• Repair equipment or coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Interact tactfully with residents, staff, families, visitors and officials.
