Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee safety, facility operations, and a compassionate living environment for residents.

You will manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance, hire and mentor a team, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies while delivering reliable services with warmth and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in HVAC systems and/or electrical required.
• Prior senior living experience desired.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safety program and maintains a secure resident home and working environment in compliance with policy and regulations.
• Maintains a preventative maintenance program for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Hires, trains, schedules, and leads the maintenance team in providing exceptional services.
• Performs minor repairs, replacements, and/or installations of equipment, hardware, and controls.
• Maintains water heaters, furnaces, air conditioners, kitchen equipment and associated equipment.
• Maintains community plumbing systems.
• Completes maintenance requests, both scheduled and emergency, quickly and efficiently.
• Conducts inventory on chemical supplies and complies with proper storage and usage procedures.
• Implements safety protocols and procedures to avert incidents and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Performs exterior maintenance duties as necessary.
• Delivers fire and disaster education and performs preparation and drill activities with residents and team members.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction.

Salary Range: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary/year

Responsibilities
