Westmont of Culver City is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the upkeep of our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will oversee maintenance operations, ensure safety, and coordinate repairs to keep residents safe and comfortable.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of state health laws, OSHA, and experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems. We provide competitive pay and benefits.

• Knowledge of state regulations, health laws and OSHA regulations.
• Basic knowledge of State Health and Safety Codes.
• Must have working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, fire irrigation and emergency call systems.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, carry up to 40 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs.

What we need from you:

• Knowledge of state regulations, health laws and OSHA regulations.
• Basic knowledge of State Health and Safety Codes.
• Must have working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, fire irrigation and emergency call systems.
• Strong organizational skills including ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task.
• Able to complete basic maintenance services such as painting, simple plumbing, carpet removal, and equipment repair.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, carry up to 40 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs, constant standing, walking and reaching required
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
