Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a full-time position at Westmont of Riverside. The role includes assisting with repairs, conducting routine preventative maintenance, and upkeep of the building and grounds.

You will help monitor safety systems, perform basic janitorial duties, and support the Maintenance Director. A positive attitude, reliability, and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Background checks: criminal record clearance required prior to start.
• Health screenings including TB, drug test may be required.
• Must have basic first aid knowledge or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or willing to get vaccinated.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Director in repairs and alterations to the building and grounds.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and janitorial duties within standards.
• Assist in safety testing logs (fire alarms, pull cords, extinguishers, etc.).
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and provide excellent customer service.
