Job summary

Heritage Woods of Batavia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the safety program and lead the maintenance team. You will perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment, while repairing and installing minor systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees community safety program and maintains a secure resident home and working environment in compliance with policy and regulations.
• Maintains preventative maintenance program for all community equipment, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Hires, trains, schedules, and leads the maintenance team to provide exceptional services.
• Performs repairs, replacements, and installations of minor equipment, hardware, and controls.
• Delivers fire and disaster education and conducts drills with residents and staff.
