• Assist the Director in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and directing the day to day functions of the Maintenance Department, its programs and activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing written maintenance policies and procedures.
• Review the department's policies and job descriptions annually for revisions and present recommendations to the Director.
• Interpret the department's policies and procedures to employees, residents, visitors, government agencies.
