Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Associate to deliver outstanding customer service while supporting building upkeep and cart retrieval.

You will perform tasks such as loading purchases, monitoring and cleaning the parking lot, scrubbing floors and restrooms, and assisting other departments as needed. This role requires good communication, prior retail experience, and the ability to work evenings and every other weekend, with pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve shopping carts from parking lot.
• Load purchases into customer vehicles.
• Monitor and clean parking lot and cart area.
• Scrub and maintain facility floors and restrooms.
• Provide facility maintenance.
• Assist in other departments as assigned.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
