Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Associate to deliver friendly customer service while handling building maintenance and cart retrieval to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You will load purchases, monitor and clean the parking lot, floors and restrooms, perform general facility upkeep, assist other departments, and follow Loss Prevention and safety policies; evening work and every other weekend are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Retail experience preferred to understand store operations.
• Able to work evenings and at least every other weekend as needed.
• Willing to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Help retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Load purchases into customer vehicles.
• Monitor and clean parking lot and cart area.
• Scrub clean and maintain facility floors and restrooms.
• Provide facility maintenance and basic repairs as required.
• Assist in other departments as assigned by supervisor.
• Demonstrate awareness and enforce Loss Prevention and safety policies.
