Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Dodgeville, Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Associate to deliver excellent customer service and assist with building maintenance and cart retrieval. The role supports a safe, clean shopping environment and requires flexible scheduling.

Full-time associates become eligible for comprehensive benefits after 91 days. Base pay is up to $15/hr with a weekend premium of $2.50/hr. Occupational duties include cart retrieval, loading, and facility upkeep.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills are essential to assist customers and colleagues effectively.
• Prior retail experience preferred to understand store operations and customer expectations.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with maintenance duties and shopping needs.
• Help retrieve carts from parking lot and load purchases into vehicles.
• Monitor and clean parking lot and cart area; scrub floors and restrooms.
• Provide facility maintenance and support other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness of Loss Prevention and safety policies.
