Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet (Blain Supply, Inc.) is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support customer service and building upkeep at our Wisconsin location. You will assist with cart retrieval, load purchases, monitor the parking lot, and maintain floors and restrooms to ensure a safe, pleasant shopping experience.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
Retail experience preferred.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Willing to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

Help retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot.
Load purchases into customer vehicles.
Monitor and clean parking lot and cart area.
Scrub and maintain facility floors and restrooms.
Provide facility maintenance support.
Assist other departments as assigned.
Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
