Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is seeking a Maintenance Associate in Michigan to deliver excellent customer service and assist with building maintenance and cart retrieval. You will contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient shopping environment and support other departments as needed.

The role offers weekend work with premium pay and benefits after the initial 91 days of full-time employment, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Evenings and at least every other weekend availability.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shopping and maintain storefront.
• Retrieve and load purchases into customer vehicles.
• Monitor and clean parking lot and cart area.
• Scrub and maintain facility floors and restrooms.
• Provide general facility maintenance support.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies.
