Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Woodstock, GA is seeking a Maintenance Associate to deliver excellent customer service while assisting with building maintenance and cart retrieval. You will help ensure a safe, pleasant shopping experience and support other duties as assigned.

The role requires strong communication, retail experience, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Pre-employment drug screens and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Help retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Load purchases into customer vehicles.
• Monitor and clean parking lot and cart area.
• Scrub clean and maintain facility floors and restrooms.
• Provide facility maintenance.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
