Job summary

Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Iowa is seeking a Maintenance Associate to deliver outstanding customer service while performing building upkeep, cart retrieval, and lot care.

You will help scrub floors, clean restrooms, maintain the parking area, and support other departments as needed, while following Loss Prevention and safety policies.

Evenings and at least every other weekend availability is preferred; the role offers a stable, family-owned environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Evenings and at least every other weekend availability.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Load purchases into customer vehicles.
• Monitor and clean parking lot and cart area.
• Scrub clean and maintain facility floors and restrooms.
• Provide facility maintenance.
• Assist in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
