Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Woodstock, IL is seeking a Maintenance Associate to provide excellent customer service while assisting with building maintenance and cart retrieval to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities include cart retrieval, loading purchases, cleaning parking areas and floors, facility upkeep, and supporting other departments as needed. Candidates should be reliable and able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot.
• Load purchases into customer vehicles.
• Monitor and clean parking lot and cart area.
• Scrub and maintain facility floors and restrooms.
• Provide facility maintenance.
• Assist in other departments as assigned.
• Follow Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.
