Maintenance Custodian Associate

Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr
What you’ll do
- Maintain a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors to ensure a positive first and last impression for members.
- Operate continuously on your feet in fast‑paced environments.
- Perform safety sweeps, respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
- Follow safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including proper forklift spotting and hazardous material handling.
- Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotating and storing them correctly and placing orders when supplies are low.
- Keep a positive attitude and member satisfaction as the top priority.
- Perform general maintenance as necessary to ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable working on your feet for an entire shift in physically demanding environments.
- Adaptable to changing work scenarios.
- Prior experience in a maintenance or custodial role is a plus.

Additional Compensation
Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
