$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Position Summary
As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. You will be on your feet most of the shift and maintain a positive attitude to ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary.
- Responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with company environmental sustainability program.
- Maintaining appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies.
- Following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, and handling of hazardous materials.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Physical ability to work on your feet for an entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a maintenance or custodial role.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Additional Compensation
Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
