Overview

Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam's Club. You are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors, contributing to a positive first and last impression. This role requires you to be on your feet and on the go, with a positive attitude to ensure a great customer experience.

The base pay range is $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience; talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions to Management.
• Clean all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low.

• Maintain safety of Facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift procedures; handle and dispose of hazardous materials; follow Company guidelines; report unsafe situations to Management.
• Clean all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) per procedures and with approved products.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates; respond to spills; operate floor scrubbers; dispose of waste per Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Keep chemicals and supplies stocked and rotated; ensure proper storage; place orders to replenish supplies as needed.
