In this role, you will perform a variety of transactional financial activities, including data entry, account reconciliations, purchasing support, and maintenance of financial records. You will work closely with team members to ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions while supporting the financial operations of the department.Under close supervision, you will apply established fiscal methods, rules, and procedures to maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Washington State University policies and regulations. Your attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and ability to follow established processes will contribute to the efficient management of fiscal activities and help support the ongoing operational and strategic objectives of ITS.**Additional Information:**This is a **full time** (100**%** FTE), **permanent** position. This position is **overtime** **eligible.** **Monthly Salary:** $3,195 to $4,201 (Steps A-M) | Range 34 | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position.
