Job summary

CMS Housing / a.m. RODRIGUEZ ASSOCIATES inc. is seeking a reliable Full-Time Custodian for the Lofts of Mount Washington & South Hills Retirement Residence. You will perform general cleaning, maintenance, and assist with basic grounds tasks to keep the property safe and inviting for residents.

Responsibilities include snow removal, landscaping assistance, and trash management. The role offers on-call rotation with a pay bump for on-call duty and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• PA driver's license required.
• Experience in building/grounds maintenance or janitorial work preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bend, stoop, climb, reach).

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning, janitorial work, ground maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Clear snow from entrances and sidewalks; assist with mowing, trimming, and landscaping as needed.
• Monitor trash areas, transport trash to the chute, and swap dumpsters as needed.
