Job summary

Lofts of Mount Washington & South Hills Retirement Residence is seeking a Full-Time Custodian to keep the property safe, clean, and well-maintained. A pay bump is available for joining the on-call rotation, and applicants should be comfortable with basic emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, ground maintenance, and minor repairs, plus snow clearance, mowing, and landscaping as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks is required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid PA Driver's License.
• Prior experience in building/grounds maintenance or janitorial work preferred.
